uubt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. uubt applies a 21+ standard in Bangladesh in accordance with local expectations. uubt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, uubt reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation. Attempting to register while under the minimum age is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active uubt account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where duplicate accounts are identified, uubt may close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and confiscate any balances. If you already have an account and have forgotten your login credentials, please use the password reset function rather than creating a new account.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your uubt account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number that you own and control. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms. uubt may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification when required may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any third party to access your account. uubt will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must change your password immediately and notify uubt support. uubt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to maintain reasonable password security.

uubt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account holder has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour; (c) the account holder has provided false registration information; (d) the account is being used in a manner that is harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties; or (e) the account holder has failed to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through uubt support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or bonus claims will be processed. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen period. uubt encourages any player who feels that their gambling behaviour is causing harm to make use of self-exclusion and other responsible gaming tools available in the account settings.

The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts, though uubt may apply transaction limits to new accounts pending KYC verification. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. uubt reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are credited to your uubt balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. uubt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or network congestion.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. uubt processes withdrawal requests promptly; the majority of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad complete within minutes to a few hours. In some cases, particularly for large withdrawals or where KYC verification is outstanding, processing may take longer. uubt will notify the account holder if additional verification is required before a withdrawal can be released.

uubt employs automated and manual monitoring to detect potentially fraudulent transactions. Where suspicious activity is detected, uubt reserves the right to place a hold on the relevant account and funds pending investigation. If a fraudulent transaction is confirmed, the associated account will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement. Players are responsible for reporting any suspected unauthorised account activity to uubt support immediately upon discovery.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses awarded to a uubt account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the relevant bonus promotion page or in the communication accompanying the bonus award. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players registering their first uubt account only. Players who have previously held a uubt account under any name, phone number, or device are not eligible for new-player bonuses. uubt reserves the right to void bonus awards and any winnings generated from them where eligibility criteria were not satisfied at the time of the award. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in permanent account closure.

uubt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated on the platform where practicable. uubt also reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from an account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion was exploited, gamed, or otherwise used contrary to its intended purpose.

The following are strictly prohibited on the uubt platform: (a) using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform in any way; (b) exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities; (c) collusion with other players to influence game outcomes; (d) using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity; (e) using VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions; (f) making chargebacks on legitimate deposits; (g) placing offsetting bets designed to abuse bonus or promotion terms; (h) any other conduct that uubt reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.

Where uubt determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, uubt may take one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; forfeit all account balances including any cash balances and bonus credits; report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate under applicable law. uubt's determination of prohibited conduct is final subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

uubt provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uubt does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network issues, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. uubt will not be liable to any player for losses arising from unavailability of the platform, game malfunctions, or technical errors, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uubt's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their uubt account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. uubt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through uubt's internal dispute resolution process must be submitted to uubt support in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. uubt will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. uubt's decision on any dispute is final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
